A therapeutic space with me will give you the opportunity to open up in a confidential space. By being accepted you can be yourself and find the solutions to your own problems. As I am a humanistic therapist, I use the person-centred approach. In certain cases I may use other humanistic approaches such as Mindfulness, Transactional Analysis and Gestalt therapy.
A therapeutic room gives you an extraordinary safe space in which I will offer my unconditional positive regard, non-judgmental attitude, congruence and empathy. Experiencing these qualities can be profound and can help you to find new ways to be yourself in the world by finding coping strategies and learning to be you. It can also help you to find new ideas and ways of living a positive life.
